Swaney Sales Lands Industry Veteran, Chip Emery!

Welcome to the Team!

After a hiatus in retirement, Chip has returned to our HVAC industry. His experience working for well-known Architectural Engineering Firms, most recently as a Senior Project Manager for Progressive AE where he focused on Meijer’s work. On top of his design experience, he gives back to his profession, serving as President of both Plumbing Engineers and ASHRAE local chapters.

During his career, he stepped out of the A/E world and worked for two of the largest representative firms- including over 10 years under Swaney Sales founder Rusty Swaney in the Behler Young Commercial Department.

Wrapping up his extensive career history, Chip also owned and operated a Commercial Sheet Metal Contracting Firm for over 4 years, doing over $2,000,000 a year in large commercial construction work.

Very few in our industry have the overall vision and knowledge of all aspects of our industry.
